Membership Fee
A membership fee of 25% of the total holiday package is charged. japnoortravels.com

Carry-Forward / Cancellation of Holiday
If you cannot take your holiday in a year, you can carry it forward to the next year by paying 10% of the total package. japnoortravels.com
If you cancel more than 45 days before check-in: 25% of your membership amount is “fortified” (i.e., retained / not refunded). japnoortravels.com
If you cancel less than 45 days before check-in: no refund, but you can carry forward the amount to your next holiday. japnoortravels.com
If you're unable to take the confirmed holiday, depending on circumstances, the holiday may either be cancelled or postponed. japnoortravels.com
You can gift your holiday package to a friend or acquaintance if you don’t use it. japnoortravels.com
Membership Benefits
Valid during your membership term, which is decided based on your requirement. japnoortravels.com
Valid seven days a week, except blackout dates: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day. japnoortravels.com
On blackout dates, an extra 40% is charged over your total package. japnoortravels.com
Membership is transferable to immediate family. Also, a guest can use it if they show a valid ID at check-in — the member doesn’t necessarily need to be present. japnoortravels.com
Modifications by the Company
Japnoor Travels reserves the right to change terms and conditions. japnoortravels.com
Changes may be communicated via call, message, or email. japnoortravels.com
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is offered (they have a tie-up with ICICI). japnoortravels.com
Insurance is intended to cover issues during your travel. japnoortravels.com
Force Majeure
Japnoor Travels is not responsible for service issues arising from natural calamities, curfews, strikes, terrorism, or other circumstances beyond their control. japnoortravels.com
Payment Policy
100% payment ideally required for membership. japnoortravels.com
If a client cannot pay in full, they must pay 25% on the confirmation day, and the rest within one month. japnoortravels.com
If the balance payment is not received within one month, the booking is treated as cancelled (“fortified”). japnoortravels.com
Meal Plans
Available options: BB (Bed & Breakfast), CP (Continuing Plan), MAP (Modified American Plan), Half Board. japnoortravels.com
